Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with the responses you receive from the contact provided above, you can lodge a complaint with Österreichische Forschungsförderungsgesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (Austrian Research Promotion Agency; FFG). The FFG accepts complaints sent electronically via the contact form for complaints.

Contact form for complaints

Complaints are reviewed by the FFG to establish whether they pertain to violations of the provisions defined by the Austrian Web Accessibility Act and particularly to deficiencies in the compliance with the accessibility requirements on the part of the federal government or one of its agencies.

If the complaint is justified, the FFG must issue recommendations for action to the federal government or the entity in question and propose measures that serve to eliminate the existing deficiencies.
